FFL: Fall in Yellowstone

The Pinecone Project partnered with FFL Partners to produce FFL Presents: Fall in Yellowstone, a private retreat designed to foster connection, reflection, and collaboration among 40 portfolio company CEOs. Hosted at the stunning Sage Lodge along the Yellowstone River, the experience blended luxury hospitality with curated outdoor adventures, fireside conversations, and bespoke entertainment.

From concept to execution, The Pinecone Project managed every detail - including event design, custom gifting, guest communications, and on-site coordination. Highlights included a fireside chat with Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, performances by illusionist Hart Keene and Lil Jane & The Pistol Whips, and immersive activities like hat-making with Cofer Hat Company.

The result was a seamless, thoughtfully branded experience that captured FFL’s approachable yet elevated identity - creating space for meaningful connection and lasting impact in one of the most breathtaking destinations in the country.
