Sand In My Boots 2025
After two successful years supporting Hangout Music Festival, we returned to Gulf Shores in 2025 for our third consecutive year this time taking on our most ambitious and collaborative production yet for a new concept led by Country superstar, Morgan Wallen. What began as a VIP operations role evolved into a full-scale creative and operational takeover for Sand in My Boots Music Festival, Presented by Morgan Wallen.
We led both the front- and back-of-house experiences, overseeing everything from artist compounds and signature design builds to VIP operations, concierge services, production, and decor. We brought to life more than a dozen high-touch, experiential spaces, each crafted to feel immersive, intentional, and distinctly aligned with the spirit of Sand in My Boots.
Highlights included our crowd-favorite Wedding Chapel (one of the most photographed activations of the weekend) along with standout concepts like The Midway, and 98 Braves Park, and The Sunset Salon which became bustling social hubs. VIP guests enjoyed seamless check-ins, thoughtful amenities, and top-tier hospitality delivered by a fully trained team.
By uniting elevated design with operational precision, we created a festival footprint that was not only beautiful, but functional, scalable, and beloved by attendees, artists, and festival partners.
Sand in My Boots Music Festival marked a defining moment for our team, showcasing the full range of our capabilities, inclusive of visual storytelling, spatial design, logistical execution, and hospitality leadership. Our partnership with AEG Presents continues to grow, and year three was our biggest yet—and we’re just getting started.
