Red Bull BC One is the world’s premier one on one breaking competition, bringing together elite b boys and b girls from across the globe to compete for a place on the World Final stage. As part of the USA qualifying series, Red Bull BC One Cypher Denver serves as a key regional moment, where top breakers battle head to head in knockout rounds for a chance to advance to the National Final.

The Pinecone Project partnered with Red Bull to bring this high energy, culturally rich event to life in Denver, delivering a seamless experience from concept through execution.

Our team led executive production and full scale event and project management, overseeing every detail from early planning through show day. We managed logistics coordination and execution across all moving pieces, ensuring a tight, efficient build and a smooth onsite flow for athletes, talent, and guests.

Working closely with Red Bull, we developed the creative layout and spatial design to reflect the authenticity and intensity of the breaking community while optimizing the venue for both live audience engagement and broadcast capture.

Onsite, our team directed show calling and stage management, running the event in real time and maintaining precise timing across battles, transitions, and programming moments.

The result was a dynamic, high impact event that honored the culture of breaking while delivering a polished, world class competition experience in the heart of Denver.
